1. Who we are
Bead Meadow is provided by Eas Town. This policy covers the current iOS app, version 1.0.1, and the support website. For privacy questions, contact eastonw@worldlink.pics.
2. Information in the app
The current app runs its gameplay locally. We do not collect or transmit your game progress to our servers, require an account, or request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone access to play.
The app stores the following information on your device so your game can continue between sessions:

These records are stored in the app’s local storage, including a local recovery copy. They are not uploaded to us.
3. Advertising, analytics, and payments
The current app does not integrate active third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or remote crash-reporting services. It does not use an advertising identifier or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. The current app does not process real-money purchases; local game reward and entitlement records are not payment card details.
The app is built with Unity. The Unity advertising, analytics, purchasing, and crash-reporting services are disabled in this version. Apple may separately process App Store, operating-system, diagnostic, or device-backup information under its own policies and your device settings. We do not control those Apple services.
4. When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy requests. Contacting support is optional and is not required to play.
Please share only information needed to describe the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
5. This website and service providers
Opening this website sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to the hosting and network services that deliver and secure the pages. These services may process technical logs for operation, security, and abuse prevention. Their retention is governed by the applicable service provider’s practices.
We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts, contact forms, or account registration to this website. Clicking the email link opens your chosen email application; no message is sent unless you send it yourself.
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver the website and support correspondence. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or send local game saves to these providers. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. For information about Cloudflare’s handling of visitor information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game data stays on your device until it is removed. To delete the app and its local data, open iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) → Bead Meadow → Delete App. Offload App retains documents and data. Deletion may permanently erase progress, and we do not have a server copy to recover it. Device backups, if enabled, are managed separately through your Apple settings.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion by email. Where applicable, limited records may be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
7. Your choices and requests
You can play without sending us personal information. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send requests to eastonw@worldlink.pics. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you control the email address concerned. We cannot access or change a game save that exists only on your device. You may also contact your local privacy regulator where applicable.
8. Children’s privacy
The app does not request personal information from children and does not offer an account or chat feature. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
9. Security
We limit the information requested through support and use reasonable safeguards for correspondence. The security of local game data also depends on your device protections and backup settings. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when relevant app features or data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before new processing begins.
